NUTRITION EDUCATION (SURVEY)Nutrition is the foundation of physical fitness. Improving nutritional knowledge at a young age provides youth with the tools they need to manage the necessary levels of intake from all food groups. Increased knowledge will also provide awareness of daily calories as well as vitamins and minerals. |
